Natalie Fischer is the CEO of Locksmith Animation. She joined Locksmith Animation in February 2021. She is the former COO of Illumination Entertainment and first joined Illumination as Head of Business Development in 2009. Her contributions to the massive growth of Illumination date back to the inception of the studio, when she worked closely with founder Chris Meledandri on the studio's original Business Plan and was integrally involved in the massive success of its launch and rollout in 2007. Previously, she was SVP, Business Development and Strategy at Universal and a Business Strategist at Channel 4 Television in the UK.

Working closely with Locksmith President of Production and Co-Founder Julie Lockhart, and CCO Mary Coleman, Natalie is guiding the studio’s new phase of growth.
