George Pembrey is the Production Manager on Locksmith Animation’s, Bad Fairies, having previously supervised the Script, Story and Editorial departments on the studio’s debut feature, Ron’s Gone Wrong. George started his career in visual effects managing shot production on animation-heavy features The Jungle Book (Academy Award for best visual effects) and Pirates of the Caribbean: Salazar’s Revenge, before moving into feature animation as a shot producer on Sherlock Gnomes.

George is developing his own feature animation projects and is in production on an animated short. His screenplay, Kite placed in the semi-finals and top 1% of the Academy’s international screenwriting competition, the Nicholl Fellowship.
