Britt Gardiner is the COO of Locksmith Animation. Her role is focussed on supporting the CEO and other executives to shape the company's growth, whilst delivering a flexible framework for operations. Britt is on the Board of the UK Screen Alliance where she chairs the Features Working Group and sits on the Animation Council UK. Britt is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and joined Locksmith Animation in 2015 as CFO from Endemol where she was Director of Finance Worldwide Brands, an investment hub exploring new commercial opportunities. Previously Britt was Finance Director for International Distribution at Fremantle Media and Director of Finance Europe for Warner Music.
