Alicia Davies

Department Manager of Script, Casting & Performance, Bad Fairies

Alicia is the Script, Performance and Casting Manager on Bad Fairies. This comes hot on the heels of Locksmith’s That Christmas in the same role, followed by Marketing Manager for the final year of the same film.

She started her career at the age of 7 as an actor. However, a decade ago, she made a deliberate pivot into film production, driven by a desire to contribute to the creative process from behind the scenes. After working in production on several live action films including Patrick for Disney, her first production at Locksmith started in 2018, on Ron’s Gone Wrong.

As an actor in London’s West End, she played leading roles in Les Misérables, Cats, Aspects of Love, Fiddler on the Roof, and La Cage aux Folles. Plays include One Man, Two Guvnors for the National Theatre, and Shakespeare seasons at both Regents Park Open Air and Chichester Festival Theatres. Appearances in film and TV, include EastEnders, Empire of the Sun, and a recurring role on BBC's Holby City, where her character met a dramatic end with a crossbow attack, and some blood-soaked stunts!

Alicia enjoys stand-up comedy, a hefty amount of DIY, regular theatre trips, and singing at the top of her lungs in her loft. Oh… and fitting in as many varied travel opportunities as possible!
