Locksmith is a dedicated high-end CG animation studio as aim to bring together experienced, world class creative leads, Europe’s animation and design talent and global premiere digital production facilities to produce competitive quality family films and high-end series for global commercial release through their distribution partners. Our first feature Ron’s Gone Wrong for 20th Century Studios and Disney was released to critical acclaim in 2021. Currently we are working on our second feature film “That Christmas” written by Richard Curtis.

The HR Manager is a newly created lead role in a high growth feature animation studio. You will be ‘hands-on’ - managing the life cycle of an employee, from looking to onboard talent both in the UK, the US and internationally to development reviews & career planning to offboarding as production comes to an end. Managing the visa process will also be part of your role.
The ideal candidate is in charge of day-to-day HR and will have experience of delivering the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple roles and have strong stakeholder management skills. You will also have experience in HR processes and employment law knowledge and ability to draft and review HR policies. As this is a new role for us, you will have the opportunity to build the HR side of the Company as well as the role.
This role will work in association with the Operations and Culture Manager and the Chief Finance Officer, Senior Management Team, Producers and HOD’s across both London and LA to provide HR support.
We are looking for a self-starting HR generalist, who:
We are open to candidates who are looking for full or part time hours, with a full time role being 40 hours per week, 9:30am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday or part time (for example, 3 to 5 days per week or 20/25 hours across 5 days).
